Where this starts

Task initiation controls the other eight.

Task initiationNothing below it moves until this one fires.
Impulse control
Working memory
Emotional regulation
Planning & prioritization
Organization
Time management
Cognitive flexibility
Self-monitoring

You can have a beautiful plan, perfect prioritization and a calendar that would make a project manager weep. If you cannot start, none of it ever leaves the page. Everything you are behind on right now has the same thing in common. It has not been started.

Six modules. One for every area where not starting has cost you.

Module 01  /  Career

One module a week, released one at a time, so you are never staring at forty hours of library you will feel bad about by Thursday.

The part that actually works

How a live call runs.

1
Check-in. Everybody says what they committed to last time, and whether it happened.
2
Questions. Yours and other people's, answered live by Eric.
3
Live work. A real task from the room, run through your strengths and saboteurs.
4
Do it now. Ten silent minutes. Everybody starts their own first step, on the call, while nobody talks.
5
Commitments. You say what you are doing next, out loud, in front of the room.

Block 4 is the product. If nothing gets started on the call, we did not do our job. Every session is recorded, organised and yours to keep.

What you actually walk away with

Every call, four things happen to you.

You have never had a knowing problem. Our ADHD brains run on interest and urgency, not importance. So you are not handed another plan and left alone to make yourself follow it.

  • You stop deciding alone. The task you have been circling for months gets a first step named out loud, by Eric, on your actual task
  • You leave having started. Not a plan. Not a fresh list. The first step, done
  • Somebody is waiting for you. Two weeks later the room asks how it went
  • You stop explaining yourself. Everybody in there has the same worksheet and the same pile by the door

Six calls. Six times the thing gets started with you not doing it on your own.

The rhythm

Something happens every single week.

Eric Whittington
Who runs it

Eric Whittington

Executive function coach inside a mental health practice, working alongside clinical psychologists. Has ADHD, diagnosed at seven. Almost two million people follow him online. Coaching this exact problem is his day job, not a side project.

Coaching, not therapy. Sits next to therapy and medication, replaces neither.

The SOS Call is not the deadline. It is what you get for deciding now.

Before you join

Quick answers.

What if I cannot make the live calls?
Every session is recorded, organised and yours to keep. Miss one, catch the replay, report in at the next. Missing a week does not put you out.
Do I have to work all six areas?
No. Most people go hard on two or three. The modules are yours either way.
I have bought things like this and not finished them.
So has almost everyone here, Eric included. That happens when a course is a library and nobody is expecting you. Here, six times, somebody is expecting you.
Is this therapy?
No. Eric is an executive function coach who has ADHD, working alongside clinicians. This is coaching, and it replaces neither therapy nor medication.
What actually happens after I join?
You get your onboarding straight away, including the deep dive into your ADHD profile, so you can start before the group does. The group begins shortly after doors close and Eric emails you everything.
What exactly is the SOS Call and when do I get it?
One private 45 minute session with Eric, bookable any time during the three months. It is the fast action bonus, so it is included when you join while the timer on this page is running, on either payment option. Save it for the week everything falls over.
Can I join after it starts?
No. Everybody moves through the twelve weeks together, so joining later would put you behind the room. When doors close, they close.

Twelve weeks from now, you will have started. Or you will be reading a page like this again.

Same twelve weeks either way. One of them has Eric in it.

Get started for just $499

Doors close Sunday at midnight. $499 to start, or $1,497 in full. SOS Call included for fast action.
