About 4 hours. Each level is roughly 60 minutes. You could binge all 4 in a day if you wanted.
Actually building your system?
Plan for 2-3 hours per level. This is where you do the worksheets, create your Momentum Map™, and customize everything for YOUR brain.
Realistic timeline?
Most people complete it in 4 weeks (1 level per week)
Some blast through in 2 weeks when they're hyperfocused
Others spread it over 8+ weeks, and that's totally fine
